1. Around 21:00 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant driven Dp-car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.255% from the above gas station at a section of about 30 meters from the above gas station.

2. Definating;

A. At around 21:00 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E by citing a horn on the road in front of a gas station located in C in Sjuju City, where the victim E is running in excess of the central line, and intending to take this from the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle in order to sound the play horn, and following it, the victim E’s wife and son, and the above gas station owner’s watch, the Defendant expressed the victim E as “I am frien, and am dyke. I am dyke. I am dyke.”

B. At around 21:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to report at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) and sent out to the public police station G District G District of the official police station that received 112, thereby openly insulting the victim H by openly pointing out that: F, reporter E and his family members, who were the Defendant’s daily behaviors, and the victim H, among the aforementioned gas station owners, she was able to check whether the Defendant was drunkly driven by the Defendant.
