A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant provided game products with contents different from the game products classified by C, a name-free person and a game room, and recruited customers to exchange points obtained by using game products.

As a result, from January 9, 2014 to January 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) unlike the contents classified in Daegu-gu Office D and 2’s “EM room”, the Defendant automatically released premiums according to a specific meti value; (b) provided 50 players with 50 PHT game machine in which the conditions of red divings appear; and (c) the conditions of virtual divings’ diving reduction are changed; and (d) made customers use the above game machine so that they can exchange the item card to the needy currency; (b) purchased the item card from the French currency on a daily basis; (c) purchased the b) purchased the b) purchased it from the French currency; and (d) managed the game room, such as managing and settling the employees; and (d) on the basis of the name unsound currency exchange, those with their telephone numbers attached to the above amusement room and reported them to customers, and (d) sold 150 per 50 gold bullions.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with C and a person in bad name, provided customers with game products with contents different from the rating contents, and provided customers with game products with a business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.
