Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs his own business.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 15:50 on February 9, 2017, the Defendant, at the entrance of “B apartment complex 1 complex”, operated a business with the banner “C” from the front and rear registration number plate of the DNA cargo vehicle, and made it difficult to distinguish the vehicle registration number plate.
