Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on December 7, 2016, from around 13:20 to 14:25 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the D pharmacy located in C; (b) made it difficult to distinguish the number plate of the said cargo by covering half of the number plate of the said cargo with a banner for advertising the goods; and (c) covering all the back number plate.
