Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on July 14, 2020, the Defendant parked a rocketing car on the front of the Daejeon Pungdong-gu B, Daejeon, and then placed the back number plate on a hand, making it difficult to distinguish the registration number plate.
