1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Korea War Veterans Association (hereinafter referred to as the “former Literacy Association”) shall be established as the Korea War Veterans Association, and the appointment of Defendant K’s officers to the Korea War Veterans Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea War Veterans Association”).

A) At the time of establishment in around 199, the Korea Telecommunication Association (hereinafter referred to as the “MMM”) was established.

(2) On October 14, 2012, the former Literacy Association (Temporary President: Q wood) held a joint council on the part of October 14, 2012 and held eight religious members and decided to see Defendant K as a delegate pastor of the former L church, and filed a petition with the ML association to see Defendant K as a delegate pastor of the former L church, and on November 9, 2012, the ML association did not hold a temporary association on the part of the 25 religious members and submit a resolution on the Y on October 14, 2012 for the reason that it did not submit the resolution on the Y on the 25 religious members and there was no resolution on the Y.

3) On November 20, 2012, 11 of the members of the former Lends Association (3: Plaintiff A, G, H, C, E, and S, T, U, and Non-S: Plaintiff D and F) decided to withdraw from the Kends Association of the Korean Eends Association on November 20, 2012. On the same day, Plaintiff A withdrawn from the order and notified Plaintiff A of his intention to withdraw from the order. Plaintiff A then withdrawn his intention to withdraw from the order, on the ground that “Mnos Association shall be a Whman who is not an O member and shall be ordered to receive guidance from the Nowons Association.”

Accordingly, the Manoo's association has been treated as withdrawing from the Mano's association.

5) The former LIE shall thereafter do so to the Korean TIE XOE (hereinafter “XOE”).

An application to join the association was filed, and X-Management Association held a temporary union on January 15, 2013 and joined the association of the Gu L church.
