1. Defendant A’s defamation: (a) around June 25, 2012, at the K Diplomatic Association at the time of the Hamhian Hamhian Hamhian Hamian Hamian Hamian Hamian Hamhian Hamian Hamian Hamian Hamhn, had never been involved by the victim at all; and (b) at the time of the M Drhian Hamian Hamian Hamian Hamian Ham that had been tried in accordance with the church constitution, the victim took part in his defense counsel as well as did not engage in illegal activities; (c) even though the above Jrhian Hamian did not do so, Defendant A’s defamation rejected the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the victim’s 43 million won or more, Mrhian Ham, Mrhian Ham, W, X, etc., and by openly pointing out the victim’s reputation, which caused this problem.

2. On June 29, 2012, Defendant B violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) by Defendant B, with the aim of slandering the victim under Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Y apartment 102 dong 509.
