1. Of the judgment of the first instance court, the part against the plaintiffs is modified as follows. A.

1. Basic facts

A. The establishment of Q church and the change of the members of Q church 1) Q religious organization Q church (hereinafter “ Q church”)

A) On the basis of Party A’s sponsor and support, around 1999, the KGE Rono Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Rono Association”) consisting of the real estate listed in No. 2 of the attached list of real estate as a church building.

(2) A, B, C, and the Plaintiffs were the members of QU, respectively.

(F) On October 14, 2012, QU has been held on the following: (a) on May 2012, N retired from the QU and newly established church; (b) on the grounds of various circumstances, QU has retired from the membership of the QU; (c) on October 14, 2012, QU has been appointed as a replacement; (d) on October 14, 2012, QU has decided to open the title P of the QU to the membership of the QU TU as the membership of the QU; and (e) on the petition of the Rono Council, the QU has filed a request for the membership of the Pos.

2) On November 9, 2012, the Korea Trade Association withheld the application for the recruitment of a member of Q church on the ground that “the number of members who were 25 persons who were 25 persons who were subject to the resolution was not submitted,” and that there was no transfer of a member of Q church on the list of members who were 17 persons who were members of Qua church, decided to withdraw from the Korea Teachers’ Association and the Korea Workers’ Association on November 20, 2012, notified the Korea Workers’ Association of its intention to withdraw from Qua Association, and the Korea Workers’ Association carried out the process of withdrawing Qua Association. 3) On January 24, 2013, Qua Associations held a steering committee to adopt a resolution that “the representative of a church is replaced from A to P,” and applied for membership to the Korea Teachers’ Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Workers’ Association”).

The U Labor Association approved the joining of Q church on the same day, passed a resolution to appoint P as a member of Q church, and issued a certificate of the same contents.

4) Qu church held a joint conference on April 28, 2013 and held a church name K religious organization M&D (hereinafter “M&D”).

The change was made to the court.

The MG shall hold an operating committee on May 6, 2013 to recognize the P as the representative of the MM church from May 1, 2013, and the name of the church shall be QU as the MG.
