A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is widely known from the Sim-gu Em-gu, Busan, U.S., and the victim D is a new police officer of the above inspection.

1. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant borrowed KRW 200 million from the Defendant’s early 2012 F, “If the issue of Gice, which was promoted with the social welfare service, is not covered by the issue of Gices, both F and H Hean Burial business currently in sale, to go beyond Gices. In order to distinguish from Gices, Gice’s 200 million won invested in H’s charnel business, without returning it in one lump sum, the Defendant borrowed KRW 200,000,000,000,000 won and interest, including KRW 360,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, for more than nine months, it would be difficult to refund KRW 1-20,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and the interest may be paid up to November 20, 2012.”

However, as the above victim stated, the Defendant did not think of the loan amount of KRW 200 million. At the time, the Defendant thought that the loan was used for the sale of the said money due to the shortage of funds in relation to the HY sales business.

On the 30th of the same month from the victim, the defendant deceptioned the victim, and acquired one cashier's check number of KRW 200 million from the Busan Bank at the Busan Bank located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan, the Busan Bank.

2. On October 2013, the Defendant: (a) was unable to pay the representative director of the medical care center, “M in Busan LA,” to the said victim in early October 2013; and (b) the representative was required to pay the deposit amounting to KRW 150,000,000 to terminate the auction due to the delay in tax payment.

If the above money is sold at auction, it is not possible to repay the borrowed money in advance.

The loan shall be extended until December 10, 2012.
