Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2012, at around 19:05, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (the age of 67) by means of gathering beer residues from beer and spreading to the face of the victim on the ground that the victim D (the age of 67) in the operation of the Defendant located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”).
