In regard to each of the crimes described in paragraphs 1-A, 2-A, and 5-A in the judgment of the defendant, a fine of three million won is imposed.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court. On October 28, 2015, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Daejeon District Court. On December 13, 2016, the Daejeon District Court sentenced four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 12, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, upon the introduction of a branch in December 2015, was a person who was living together with the victim B from November 2016 to May 2017.

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant opened the victim's mobile phone by advertising the detention of the said victim, and raised awareness of pecuniary gain by using a credit card re-issuance.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A.
