B The Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of "Ecafeteria" on the first floor, and the defendant A is a person who works for the main restaurant in the above restaurant.

No person shall sell, collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration.

The Defendants conspired to sell Chinese food, such as “the flaps” and “ Shsawbsawbab,” by using food materials sold in China, in order to raise the unique Chinese climate.

1. On April 24, 2014, Defendant A issued an order to purchase food materials at a local level in China, stating that “A” in the above E-cafeteria to “satisfe the food of Defendant B,” “satfe at the time of making food,” “satfe,” “satf,” “satch,” and “satf,” and “satf,” and “satf,” to Defendant B.

Accordingly, Defendant B received an order to purchase food materials from Defendant A, and around April 24, 2014, around 5, 2014, Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport without filing an import declaration after purchasing 2 sealings, and brought them into the Republic of Korea. At around 19:00 on June 25, 2014, Defendant A added the food, etc., which was imported without filing an import declaration, as described in paragraph (1), at the main room of the above Ecafeteria, and the food, etc., which was “the flabed-in Chinese herb milk,” and “the flab-in Chinese herb milk,” which was “the flab-in Chinese herb milk.” On the same day, Defendant A prepared Chinese food, using “the flababbbb” in around 20:0 on the same day.
