Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration, or gather, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2017, the Defendant, who received a non-reported import declaration, collected the head of the North Korean language in China and imported the North Korean language head from the deceased (one person D) who sealed the Republic of Korea to Korea without filing an import declaration, and sells it to Korea. The Defendant, who received a non-reported import declaration, sells it to the Republic of Korea after importing the North Korean language head from the deceased person’s name (one person). The Defendant, who traded agricultural products and duty-free goods into a small scale (one person).

F. B was introduced as “this official document” (hereinafter “this official document”).

On February 22, 2017, at the terminal parking lot of the International Passenger Ship No. 1 in Incheon City, the Defendant: (a) received from B the head of the Chinese North Korean language 800km, which he/she transported from China, in a way that he/she combines his/her female to five kilometers per person; and (b) received from November 6, 2017, the Defendant 8,690km in total 11 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form B, from around November 2017 to around November 6, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant imported the North Korean head for the purpose of sale without filing an import declaration.

B. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant sold KRW 500 km 5,850,000 of the North Korean Republic of Korea’s North Korean fishing head, which was sealed as above, to the said E in light of the operation of E in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around March 21, 2017, and sold KRW 51,079,50,000 via the same method between the period from November 9, 2017 to November 9, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant sold the North Korean language head imported without the import declaration.
