Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run a brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office at an office in which it is impossible to know the trade name in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, (1) the owner of Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, and (400 million won, down payment 100 million won, (2) the owner of Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, on October 29, 2009, and the purchase price of G 100 million won, down payment 10 million won, (10 million won, down payment 100 million won, (3) the purchase price of H, I, and J owner, and 19 million won, down payment 1.5 million won, (4 million won, down payment 1.5 million won, 4 million won, and (4) the owner of Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, M, NM, P, and deposit 30 million won, 30 million won, 40 million won, 200,0000 won, and 1.5 million won, 200,000 won,000 won,00 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant run a brokerage business without registering the establishment of a brokerage office.
