[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall sell, store or display for sale, any quasi-drugs whose entries are omitted in containers or packages.
1. Around March 3, 2020, the Defendant purchased the Mask 20,000 Mask 20,000 Mask 20,000 in total from the Defendant’s office located in Ssung-si, and sold the Mask 2,40,000 Mask 12,00-13,000 to unspecified persons per unit of 2,50-2,700 Mask 2,700 Mask on containers or packages from a person whose name cannot be known, as well as on containers or packages of “the manufacturer or importer’s trade name and address, capacity or weight, manufacturing number and use time limit, product license certificate and product notification certificate.”
2. On March 4, 2020, Defendant B and the Defendants purchased 2,00 Mask 2,00 Mask 2,00, which are non-pharmaceutical drugs for which descriptions are omitted in containers or packages, as described in the above 1.3.4, and stored them in Defendant B’s vehicle parked in the parking lot at the Postal Administration Welfare Center of the Postal Eup in 109-14 for the purpose of sale on the same day.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to store quasi-drugs whose entries are omitted in containers or packages for sale.
