At around 09:50 on March 11, 2020, Defendant B posted a letter that “KF94 Mar. 1, 2020, 3,200 won per head, 1,950 won, and 1,950 won per head,” and Defendant A stored 50 copies of Mack 1,950 in a plastic bag, which is not a package containing information, etc. on Mack in the above Spo-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for sale of the said Mack to buyers at around 16:15 on the same day, Defendant A stored 50 copies of Mac 1,950 in a paper box, and loaded it into a paper box.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to store for the purpose of sale the KF94mast 1,950 boxes, which are quasi-drugs that are likely to cause harm to public health and sanitation due to poor containers or packages.
