Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A manufacturer or importer of non-pharmaceutical drugs shall state the name, address, capacity or weight of non-pharmaceutical drugs, the trade name of manufacturer or importer, manufacturing number and use period, the name of all ingredients stated in the certificate of permission for items and the certificate of notification on items, and the letters, prices, etc. on containers or packages, and no person shall sell non-pharmaceutical drugs in violation of the above provisions, store or display them for sale.
On February 28, 2020, the Defendant called Mack Distribution B at a non-pharmaceutical location, and sold Mack 16,000 won (unit price 2,000 won) (unit price) for non-pharmaceutical drugs, other than pharmaceutical products, packed in the form of beck without stating necessary matters as non-pharmaceutical drugs.
