1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6,00,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s insult on June 4, 2017, around 08:20, on the road in front of the Nowon-gu Seoul Western Police Station North Korea Police Station, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, 59-1, and on the road in front of the Public Security Center, the Defendant reported a taxi flag that the Defendant would not pay a taxi fee to the victim C, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station, dispatched by the Defendant after receiving a report on the taxi flag, is on the spot on which many drivers hear, and is a large sture.

“A serious bath,” etc. was made.

As such, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim.

2. Damage to public goods and intrusion on buildings;

A. On June 4, 2017, around 08:45, the Defendant came to the North Asia’s current Public Security Center at around 08:45, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, opened the entrance of the said Public Security Center at around 30 times with the launching and body, and installed an electronic locking device at around 30 times, and installed the locking device at the entrance in favor of the Defendant, and attached the locking device and the glass entrance so that the sum of the repair cost would be KRW 500,000.

As such, the defendant damaged the use of the articles used by the current North Korean Public Security Center, a public service worker, thereby impairing its utility.

B. At the time and place set forth in the above paragraph (a) above, the locking device of the public security center was set up to prevent any person other than the manager or authorized person from entering the center, and entered the door of the office through the entrance, and opened up to the rooftop through the stairs.

As such, the Defendant intruded on a structure managed by a person.
