Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating C, and the victim D (n, 47 years of age), E (ma, 51 years of age) is a married couple, who operates a F farm.

1. The Defendant, at around 12:00 on March 26, 2014, damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “the victim’s victim’s h and I, a village resident, committed a fire in front of the original farm of H located in G, on the grounds that the fire in front of the original farm of H, located in G, is in front of and rear, and the victim E (ma, 51 years of age), is in front and rear.”

2. At around 17:40 on March 26, 2014, the Defendant threatened the said victim with the victim’s “F farm”, which was located in theJ on the following occasions: (a) the victim D (n, 47 years of age) made a call to the Defendant; or (b) made a steel-frame structure several times at the site where the victim was found to have been found to have been exposed to the Defendant; (c) then, he throw away the steel-frame structure with a hack pipe (the length of 2m) at the site; (d) he throw away the string, with no longer lost; (e) he will die; (e) he will throw away the string; and (e) he will do so well; and (e) the victim E (the south, 51 years of age) who was found to have the Defendant’s high character and found to have been deprived of 10 times the victim’s clothes, and (e) throw away the victim’s her clothes at the same place.”
