A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 54) are the death heed after living together with the Defendant and the victim C for about seven months from June 2015 to February 1, 2016.
1.
