A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased Rophonephones from the beginning of June 2019, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won on the street near the shooting distance of the old citizen center located in the territory of Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, with the clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock clock click.

2. Around 15:00 of the same day, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.42g of the philophones purchased, as described in paragraph (1), to E, around KRW 200,00, from among the philophones purchased, at the residence of the Defendant in Michuhol-gu Incheon, and the Defendant in subparagraph (D).

3. On June 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.08gg of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the time and place specified in paragraph (2); (b) injected them into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected them with water into the divers; and (d) injected them into the divers of arms.

4. Around June 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.08gg of philophones into a one-time injection machine at the Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F building and the guest room at Gho Lake on June 7, 2019; (b) melting them into a water for a single-time injection machine; and (c) injected them into a selling blood pipe.

5. On June 13, 2019, on or around June 13, 2019, the Defendant purchased opphones by paying KRW 100,000 to “B” on the street near the shooting distance of the old citizen hall located in the Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and purchasing approximately 0.16g of opphones twice for opphones.

6. On June 13, 2019, around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant sold approximately 0.08ggs for administration once out of the penphone purchased, as described in paragraph (5), to E, at around 17:0 of the same day, at the residence of the defendant in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, and the defendant in subparagraph (d).

7. Around June 13, 2019, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (6), injected approximately 0.08g of philophone medication once into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injected with the sphophone medication.

8. On November 1, 2019, the Defendant who received phiphonephones shall be the Defendant in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, on November 1, 2019, at around 14:00.
