On August 28, 2015, A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the Youngcheon District Court's Young-gu Branch of Chuncheon District Court on August 13, 2016, and the parole period passed on September 4, 2016.

Defendant

X sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with labor for violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) at the Credit Branch of Suwon District Court on September 21, 2016 and 4 months to imprisonment with labor for violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Jung-gu District Court on May 10, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on May 22, 2018.

The Defendants posted an advertisement on the Internet website in which they did not have the intent or ability to sell narcotics, such as psychotropic drugs, such as campule (hereinafter referred to as 'camphone', hereinafter referred to as 'camphone'), and planned to buy money from those who reported and contacted.

1. No person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. shall widely inform or present information on the acts prohibited by the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., such as handling narcotics and temporary narcotics, including psychotropic drugs, through Internet or other media;

On March 4, 2019, around 22:37, the Defendants posted an advertisement with the same content on the Internet over 35 occasions from around the above time to April 2, 2019, on the free bulletin board of “A” website using a computer in the form of “YA”, which read “WA” on the website of “A” by means of a computer. The Defendants posted an advertisement with the same content on the Internet, as shown in the separate list of crimes, from around 2019 to April 2, 2019.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to inform others of information about the acts prohibited by the Narcotics Control Act through the Internet.
