Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2013, around 23:08, the Defendant reported to the 1112 police officers, who were police officers belonging to the Sinung Police Station B zone B, and called for the Defendant, to move the reporter to another place on the 112 patrol vehicle in order to move the reporter to the 112 patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant prevented the police officer from standing about 10 minutes in front of the 112 patrol vehicle, and the victim D, a police officer, demanded the defendant to turn off his body, thereby obstructing the police officer's legitimate performance of official duties by force, such as keeping the victim's body in his/her hand, leaving the body, and resisting.
