A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who, from June 1, 2007, operates the “C Center” located in the Hamyeong-gun B from around 1, 2007, received subsidies from the State in accordance with the Child Welfare Act to cover the operating expenses of the said Center.

On June 27, 2011, the Defendant: (a) by accessing the “social welfare information system” to apply for subsidies from the said C Center; (b) by deceiving a public official in charge of social welfare affairs of the Hamyeong-gun by deceiving him/her as if he/she continued to work for the said Center from February 29, 2011, and claiming false labor costs as if he/she continued to work for the said Center; and (c) received KRW 1,031,60,000 from his/her head of the Tong-gun to the head of the Tong-gun.

The Defendant, including that, from April 1, 201 to December 24, 2012, from around April 1, 2011 to December 24, 2012, obtained the same amount from the victim of the Republic of Korea at least 15,084,40 won of the national subsidy from Hayeong-gun in an unlawful manner, as shown in the attached crime list.
