Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual owner of C Poter cargo vehicle.

1. Where it is intended to modify matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation of the national land among the structures and devices of a motor vehicle, the owner of the relevant motor vehicle shall obtain approval from the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu, and shall not operate the motor vehicle knowing

Nevertheless, on June 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining approval from the competent authorities, installed a campingus facility (resident facilities for vehicles) in loading the cargo vehicles in front of the above cargo vehicles in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014, and changed the structure and devices of the motor vehicle.

2. He/she shall not cover a vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible;

Nevertheless, on September 12, 2015, the Defendant attached a paper to “F” among the “E” of the front number plate of the cargo vehicle on the roads near the Dasan-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, where it is difficult for the Defendant to identify the number plate.
