A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on April 28, 2015, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on April 28, 2015, was unable to identify the registration number plate of the vehicle by attaching a paper and attaching it to the front number plate of B in order to avoid parking control on the road in front of the Public Security Center in the Suwon-dong Port, Busan.
