Reasons
1. Details of disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, as the Army Order, was assigned to the Head Office of B from July 7, 2017 to January 2, 2018, and served as the Head Office of B.
B. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) held a disciplinary committee against the Plaintiff; and (b) issued a reprimand against the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 56 of the Military Personnel Management Act on the ground that the Plaintiff breached his/her duty to obey the following terms and conditions; and (c) breached his/her duty to maintain dignity;
