A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person shall apply for a false visa or visa issuance certificate, or mediate such application for the purpose of allowing entry of a foreigner;

On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) requested one-person B, a hub for issuance of visa to Vietnam, to issue illegal visa to the Republic of Korea; (b) made payment of USD 13,500 to the Republic of Korea; (c) made a false application for a visa; and (d) had the intent to illegally enter the Republic of Korea.

around that time, the Defendant delivered the Defendant’s passport and identification card necessary for applying for the visa to C at the upstream of the Si of the Si of the Hano, and C was issued a short-term visit visa (C-3) by submitting documents necessary for the issuance of the visa, such as the above invitation letter, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea, around October 18, 2017, despite that the Defendant did not enter the Republic of Korea for the purpose of providing counseling on the export of technology, such as the repair of ships and crew management and technology, not the vice president of Vietnam, but the Defendant did not enter the Republic of Korea as vice president of Vietnam.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to apply for a false visa to allow entry of a foreigner.

2. If a foreigner intends to enter the Republic of Korea, he/she shall undergo an entry inspection by an immigration officer at the entry port.

On October 29, 2017, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea by obtaining a false visa as stated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and around that time, the Defendant was refused to enter the Republic of Korea at the second floor of the above office building on the ground that the purpose of entry is unclear after undergoing an entry inspection at the entry site of the International Airport International Airport International Airport Authority located in 108 at the Busan Gangseo-gu Airport Access Road.
