Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2014, at around 23:48, the Defendant driven a 100m-meter motor vehicle from B, which is under the influence of alcohol with 0.102% of blood alcohol level, to the roads front of the water frequency cluster located in the public waters of Suwon-gu, Busan.
