Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2015, at around 22:17, the Defendant driven a BNS car at approximately 130 meters from the front side of the road in front of the window fishery in Suwon-gu, Busan, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.114% of blood alcohol level.
