If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a mobile string engineer, and the victim B is a manager of the structural construction of the structural foundation of the neighborhood living facilities in the 1970s.

On February 15, 2017, the Defendant left the entrance of the construction site at around 10:00, the Defendant parked a vehicle with D 25 tons moving type for about 4 hours, thereby obstructing the victim from removing materials and accessing construction vehicles, thereby obstructing the victim’s rescue work by force.
