Punishment of the crime

1. 모욕 피고인은 2016. 7. 21. 23:20 경 충북 청주시 흥덕구 D에 있는 E 마트 앞 노상에서 전산기기로 수배자 조회를 하고 있던 청주 흥 덕경찰서 F 지구대 소속 경장 G 및 같은 소속 순경 H으로부터 벌금 미납으로 인한 지명 수배자로 확인되어 형 집행 장을 집행하겠다는 취지의 경고를 받고, 위 E 마트로 들어가 그 곳에 있던 위 E 마트 업주 I 및 손님 2~3 명이 있는 가운데 피해자들에게 “ 아 씨 발, 쪽팔리게 동네 사람들 있는데 서 왜 지랄이야, 아 개새끼들이 진짜 좃 같네,

The victims were openly insultingd, referring to the fact that money was paid, as the frienda “A frienda”.

On July 21, 2016, at around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victims’ desire as described in paragraph (1) in E E E E E E-art located in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) continued to use the victim’s desire in front of the K-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (c) the police officer G (30 years) belonging to the Cheongju-gu Police Station G (24 years old) and the police officer belonging to the same police officer assigned to the Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) was arrested after being arrested, the Defendant tried to use the victim’s face by the head of the Y (24 years old); (d) when the victim’s bridge was taken back due to drinking, and (e) when the victim was able to return to the Y, and (e) the victim’s desire to return the victim’s body to the port.

이로써 피고인은 피해자들의 형 집행 장 집행에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해함과 동시에 피해자 G에게 약 7일 간의 치료가 필요한 턱의 표재성 손상을, 피해자 H에게 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 귓바퀴의 열린 상처 등의 상해를 각각 가하였다.
