A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant was a student attending D University who is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows.
1. On May 2017, the Defendant imported marijuana resin, using a video currency app “E” (hereinafter “E”) from the name “F” (hereinafter “F”) residing in Germany, to receive a drug mushroom and marijuana, and notified his/her address and name, and F issued an order to a seller of a non-narcotics drug residing in the UK by using it. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) passed through the Incheon International Airport Customs Search Site (hereinafter “E”); (b) around 13.94g of the hemp resin sealed in the gambling site; and (c) around 14:55 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant sent it to Daejeon-gu G and 303, the Defendant’s residence.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above F, imported marijuana resin.
2. The Defendant: (a) notified F of his address and name in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 1; (b) notified F of F of his address and name; (c) F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of V of Vinyl, passed through the Incheon International Airport Search Team through international mail on May 29, 2017, after approximately eightgs of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of V of Vinylinyl in Vinyl, via international mail around June 14:5, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant imported mushroom, in collusion with the above F, which is used as new raw materials.
3. Import, use, and possession of fluoral diaethylene (one el Ethical ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic e.g.
A. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) informed F of his address and name to F; and (b) by using it, F orders the seller of the non-narcotics drugs residing in Germany, LSdi, which is a local mental medicine, to put up a shoulder with LSdi, a local mental medicine; and (c) on May 2017, the head of LSdi Stick sealed in the mail bag.
