A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】
1. From July 20 to 20:00 on July 8, 2013, the Defendant used a bus Nos. 100 prior to the 571-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, for hand, and assaulted the head of the victim C (the 28-year-old) who was seated in the front seat of the seat without any justifiable reason.
2. 5. On August 19, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendant assaulted the face of the victim F (the age of 18) who was seated with drinking seat on one occasion without any justifiable reason while boarding and standing a bus No. 9 at the bus stops located at 396-3, Jinnam-ro, Jinnam-do.
6. On August 28, 2014, at around 23:25, the Defendant assaulted, without any reason, the victim G (V, 21 years old) who was seated beside the drinking seat at the 202 village bus near the Yannam Elementary School located in 696, Yannam-gu, Yannam-gu, Yannam-do, at one time, of the face of the victim G (V, 21 years old) who was sitting around the drinking seat.
7. The Defendant, on September 15, 2014, was boarding a bus No. 100 at the bus stops of the extreme apartment apartment located in 552, Amsan-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, without any justifiable reason.
