A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and the victim B, who committed the crime against the victim B, are in conflict of rights and duties on the premise of marriage from around 2013 to around 2015.

1) On January 15, 2014, the Defendant stolen one of the 18 KK 18,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession, owned by the victim who was locked by the victim, at the early police station of the first week of the first week of the 2014. 2) around May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the F Hospital ward in the Jeonsan-gu, Jeonsan-si; (b) at the victim’s wall wall card in the victim’s name, 70,000 won at the cash payment machine in the middle-dong post office of the same day; and (c) around the 16th day of the same month, around the 19th day of the same month; and (d) withdrawn KRW 500,000 from the cash payment machine in the name of the victim; and (e) around the 200,000 won around the 19th day of the same month.

3) On June 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased the Defendant’s 1.3 Dai-ro G Building H from the victim’s residence; (b) purchased the Defendant’s 1.3 Dai-gu G Building with the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 1.5 million; (c) one Doi-ro with the market value equivalent to KRW 4.50,000; (d) 18KK 3 Doi-gu with the market value equivalent to KRW 4.50,000; and (e) one 14 K Doi-si with the market value equivalent to KRW 3,100,000; and (e) one Doi-si with the victim’s 14.5 Doi-si with the market value equivalent to KRW 4,500,000; and (e) one Doi-si with the victim’s 14.5 Doi-si with the market value equivalent to KRW 2,518,000,00.

However, even if the defendant receives the above money from the victim, he/she shall have the intent or ability to purchase the above vehicle.
