A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 3, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Rape, etc.) knew that the victim C (Min, 51 years old) who had a usual sense of view around 06:45, was aware of the fact that he had D and rights, and sufficiently divided it into the victim’s house located on the third floor E in Kimhae-si, and opened a third floor rooftop hold and intruded into a small room, and then came to enter the victim.

However, the Defendant may not be subject to confiscation of one kitchen knife (proof No. 1) which is a deadly weapon in the kitchen, but it is owned by a person other than the offender.
