[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A, B, Defendant C, E, and F are foreigners of Vietnam’s nationality, and victims G and victims H are foreigners of Pakistan’s nationality.
At around 21:00 on June 21, 2014, the Defendants, E, and F carried the meals at Defendant C’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu I and II, with a view to finding the victims of the defect that Defendant A was unable to recover KRW 100,000 from the said victims, and the Defendants, A, B, and F, with a deadly weapon located in the main room (21cm length (32cm in length), 21cm in the blade length (33cm in total), 12 cm in the blade length (22 cm in total length) in the blade length) and E possess each of them with a deadly weapon (32 cm in the blade length) in their custody.
At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendants arrived at the house where the victims in the J of the Gwangju Mine-gu, and Defendant C collected bricks, which are dangerous things on the floor, and entered the room where the victims reside.
At this point, Defendant A and F threatened the victim G with the same attitude as putting the knife that they were in possession of each individual, thereby harming the body of the said victim. Defendant C, Defendant B, and E threatened the victim H with one knife and one knife, and Defendant B and E threatened with the same attitude as putting the knife of the said victim’s knife to inflict a bodily injury upon the victim’s body.
During that period, Defendant A attempted to knife the victim G’s side knife the knife of the victim’s side knife, Defendant A considered the knife of the knife in his left hand, and F took about four times the face of the above victim as a drinking, and the above victim suffered injury such as 4,5 hand knife of the right side knife for two weeks of treatment.
