Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in driving a car CAD.

On November 18, 2016, at around 02:50, the Defendant proceeded along two lanes in front of the E, in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, along two lanes from the distance of a wood complex to Mmck.
