A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a car A6 car in B Arididi.

피고인은 2017. 2. 7. 22:05 경 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.120% 의 술에 취한 상태로 위 차량을 운전하여 광주 서구 금호동에 있는 금호동 성당 앞 편도 1 차로 도로를 성균관 유치원공원 쪽에서 금 호 벧 엘 교회 쪽으로 진행함에 있어, 전방을 제대로 주시하지 아니하고 조향 및 제동 장치를 정확하게 조작하지 않은 업무상 과실로 피고인의 진행 방향 우측에 정차하고 있던 피해자 C(22 세) 이 운전하는 D 크루즈 승용차의 우측 뒷부분을 피고 인의 차량 우측 옆부분으로 들이받아 위 피해자 및 위 크루즈 차량에 동승한 피해자 E( 여, 22세), 피해자 F(16 세 )에게 각각 약 2 주간의 치료가 필요한 요추의 염좌 및 긴장 등 상해를 입게 하였다.
