A. As to each land listed in [Attachment 1] 1 and 2, Defendant B shall:
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the old land cadastre drawn up in the Japanese colonial era, the assessment titleholder of the 1952 North Jeju-gun C previously 1952 in Jeju-do is written as D.
B. On August 1, 1955, the above land was divided into 1,056 square meters prior to Jeju-do, Jeju-do, and 887 square meters prior to E (the land indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 1, the subsequent 2,932 square meters was converted into 2769 square meters, and the area was corrected to 2769 square meters) (hereinafter referred to as “C land after division,” and “E after division,” and “C land after division,” which was divided into 87 square meters prior to C on December 5, 1972, the land was converted into 91 square meters prior to C on December 5, 1972 (the area was converted to 3,469 square meters, which was converted to 3,469 square meters) and the land listed in attached Table 1 Paragraph (3) of the attached Table 1 (the area was converted to 65 square meters, but 215 square meters) and the above land category was changed to 301, 41,0.361 square meters prior Jeju-do.
C. The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer as the Jeju District Court No. 10181, Sept. 18, 1969, with respect to the land C after subdivision on June 21, 1949, under the Jeju District Court No. 10181, Sept. 18, 1969, with respect to the land C after subdivision, and the registration of ownership transfer as to the land E after subdivision was completed on June 21, 1949 by the same court as the receipt of No. 30631, Jun. 21, 1949. The Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each land listed in [Attachment 1] No. 1] No. 96675, Dec. 28, 2006 by the Jeju District Court No. 9675, Dec. 28, 2006; Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer to Defendant Jeju Special Self-Governing Province with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] No.
On the other hand, G on June 17, 1965 with respect to land C after division, and E after division, H on February 26, 1965 pursuant to the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of General Farmland (amended by Act No. 1657, Sep. 17, 1964).
