A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant, at the vicinity of the C Station in the Seocho-si Kimcheon-si, called D to seek and request the Meart cloptye (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and sent KRW 400,000 as the purchase price of philopon.

On June 2015, 2015, the above D paid 400,000 won to the above F, which was received from the Defendant at the residence of the F, Geumcheon-gu Seoul E and 202, and received 1g philopon contained in a vinyl paper, and the Defendant was found to have 1g philopon from the above D at the non-permanent area below Kimcheon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.

2. At the same day-to-day in the insect of the trade name near C Station, the Defendant inhaled the fire of the philophones purchased as referred to in paragraph 1, and laid down the end of the string with the string, then inhaled with the said D, using a medication instrument made as soon as possible at the water level, after cutting down the smoke generated in the string.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to administer philophones.

3. On June 2016, the Defendant conspiredd to share part of the following half of the purchase of 2g Handphones from the above F along with the Defendant’s above D on June 2016.

On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid 80,000 won, including 400,000 won received from the Defendant in the above F’s residence on the same day, to the said F; (b) 2 g of philopon, which was contained in a vinyl paper, was cut down from the Defendant at the 1stto, near the H post office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (c) laid down 1g of philopon from the 1st to the Defendant at the 1st tone located in the plastic paper.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to purchase philophones.

4. On June 2016, the Defendant laid down the fluorial amount among the philophones purchased in line with paragraph 3 in a mutual influence near the said C Station.
