Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2017, at around 00:53, the Defendant committed a publicly obscene act by openly 20 seconds by getting out of her will, taking out her sexual organ into her hand and scambing it in the direction of the victim D (the age of 23) and the victim E (the age of 26) who is a safety personnel, etc. (the age of 26) in the front corridor of the video medical clinic of the first floor underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Hospital, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
