A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven by C on a pipe that was parked on the road located on the road of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Taewon-dong; (b) displayed approximately 0.2g of marijuana on the pipe made on the Ho Day; and (c) smoked in a way of smoke by attaching a fire with a smoke.

B. On December 2014, the Defendant smoked in the stairs coming from the third to second floor of the operation of the Da apartment in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju, by inserting approximately 0.5g of marijuana after deducting the content of tobacco, and attaching a fire to smoke in the same manner. On the same day, the Defendant continuously smoked approximately 1.0g of marijuana in total at the same place on the same day and twice in the same manner.

On December 2, 2014, the Defendant smoked approximately 1.5g of marijuana totaling three times in total, from the stairs coming from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor of the 3rd floor in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, and in the same manner as the above “B”.

“At the end of 2~3 days from the date of entry into the port, the stairs coming from the 3rd floor to the second floor of the Do-dong-gu, Gwangju, with approximately 0.2gg of marijuana put in the pipes made of the robbbage, and smoked in a way of smoke by attaching a fire, and continuously, at the same place on the same day, approximately 0.6g of marijuana in total three times in the same manner.

E. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant smoked about 1g of marijuana in total twice in the stairs coming from the third floor to the second floor of the 3rd floor of the Do-dong-gu, Gwangju, and in the same manner as the above “B”.

F. On February 2015, the Defendant smoked about 1g of marijuana totaling two times in total, from the stairs coming from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor of the D apartment in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, in the same manner as the above “B”, in which the Defendant smoked two times in total.

G. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant is located in five floors in the Dong-gu Gwangju metropolitan building.
