Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:00 on August 31, 2017, the Defendant took a victim D (50) (50) in the vicinity of Posco located in Samsungdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around August 31, 2017.

Under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant demanded the victim to get off the alcohol while driving, and the victim was demanded to pay a charge, but instead, the victim was 10,000 won and 10,000 won.

Therefore, when the victim operates the taxi to the Gangnam Police Station, the defendant saw the head of the victim who was driving on two occasions with his/her hand, ask his/her face, hand, ear, etc. several times to ask him/her for the eyebrow, and put him/her on the face of the treatment days.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation and caused the injury.

2. On August 31, 2017, around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a current offender from a slope of the Gangnam-gu Police Station G police box affiliated with the Gangnam-gu Police Station G patrolman, etc. under the charge of assaulting a taxi driver; and (b) around 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant was transferred to the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Hague-ro 113-gil and the first floor J of the Gangnam Police Station.

The Defendant, in the process of taking custody at the J office of the Gangnam Police Station, was arrested as a current offender at the office of Gangnam Police Station, and the police officer's act of committing an act of committing an offense in the police officer's duty of arrest was obstructed by walking the above police officer's bridge at once.

3. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at the J office on the first floor of the Gangnam Police Station 1, Gangnam Police Station, and (b) was unable to avoid disturbance at the government office by taking a serious brupt for about 20 minutes by her father’s misshing flabing flab.
