Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 7900"

1. A crime committed on December 6, 2015;

A. On December 6, 2015, the Defendant destroyed property: (a) around 12:45 on December 6, 2015, the Defendant set up a car driving on the street in the “D Tourist hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with no justifiable reason, and repeated drinking in front of the “D Tourist hotel” in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) obstructed the front of the F.
