Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 16, 2012, the Defendants were under the influence of alcohol on September 16, 2012, and were able to take a bath on the ground that the victim D (the age of 61) was able to take a cab from the street in the Guro-gu Vadong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the said cab became a new dong in Gangnam-gu, on the ground that the victim was unable to rapidly drive the cab around the time when the Do passed the shooting distance in the bankruptcy park near the pressure-dong, Gangnam-gu.

2. Definating;
A. B.
