A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Incheon District Court to two years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud; on October 5, 2011, the Incheon District Court sentenced the Defendant to one month of imprisonment for a crime of fraud; and on May 5, 2013, the Incheon Detention House completed the enforcement of each of the above punishment.

On August 2013, the Defendant, at the E-M clubs located in Incheon city’s territory, committed fraud, stating that “The Defendant is running a fel with a lot of money through the operation of the mactic establishment. It is being prepared to operate a new massage place with a money collected through the mactic business.” In order to obtain money from the victim by deceiving the victim’s re-performance.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 4 million won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (G) in his/her own name on the same day.

2. Around September 13, 2013, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant owns the fenz S500 vehicle on an expressway leading to Incheon from Seosan to repair the vehicle and would sell it. It is necessary to repair the vehicle. 6 million won at the repair cost. The Defendant falsely stated that “The Defendant will immediately repay the vehicle after repairing the vehicle on a face of six million won.”

However, the defendant did not own the above vehicle, and as a result, did not pay money by selling the above benz vehicle.
