Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:17, 201, at around 2017, at the “AG dental clinic operated by the victim AF on the 4th floor of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) opened an entrance door for a National Assembly member that was not corrected by means of a crepandial gap; and (c) intrudes into a National Assembly member; and (d) collected KRW 1,00,000 in cash, which is the ownership of the victim under custody on his/her book, and KRW 108,00 in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the calculation unit of the patient reception waiting room.

In addition, a total of KRW 1,108,00 was stolen.

1. On December 13, 2016, at around 13:25, the Defendant: (a) went out to the Hanwon located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) went out to the outside; and (c) opened an entrance door to the Republic of Korea, which was not corrected by using a cre in which the employees are taking meals at another within the office of the other members; and (d) invaded into one’s house, the Defendant stolen it with six copies of cash 2.5 million won, and KRW 100,000,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 100,000, KRW

On December 16, 2016, at around 13:15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door of a Korean medical doctor and its employees, which was not corrected by means of a cresh in the cresh between the heart and the Korean medical doctor and the employees of the said Korean medical doctor; and (b) intruded into the Korean medical doctor and the Korean medical doctor into the Japanese medical unit, and took a spanch with the victim AK’s market value equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, which was on the books inside the president room

3. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:24, 2017, at around the floor of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AL Building, opened an entrance door of a clinic that was not corrected by means of the cresh between the doctors and employees of the above internal department and the inner department; and (b) intrudes into the inner section of the victim AM, who was in the head of the internal team of the diagnosis and treatment room, in cash 80,000 won.
