A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, E, and F are foreigners of the People's Republic of China's nationality, and they included and recruited the defendant and F, etc. in Korea, using forged credit cards, as a means to purchase goods, and they made forged credit cards in their English names to the above users, and they made them at a certain price at the time of purchase of goods from Korea to forged credit cards. The defendant and F agreed to purchase goods by forged credit cards at a certain price.

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, in collusion with E on February 15, 2013, at the victim hotel new duty-free shop 252-20 linked at Jeju Island 16:08 on February 15, 2013, the Defendant provided employees with a forged credit card (credit number G) issued under the U.S. “Citi Bank N.A.” as if they were duly formed, and then received property or property benefits equivalent to the total amount of KRW 87,543,4566 won from the victim, etc. using a forged credit card at least 63 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table 1-63 No. 1-63 as of February 19, 2013.

B. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with E and F, delivered a forged credit card (credit card No. J) issued by “F 310,00 won for accommodation charges to employees at the place where the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price, despite the absence of an intent or ability to pay the said price, as if he/she were duly formed, in collusion with E and F, and from that time until February 28, 2013, the Defendant used the forged credit card No. 64-186 in total 123 times, as indicated in Table 1 of the Crimes Day No. 64-186.
