A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) lent gambling funds from 3:00 won to 1:3,00 won; (b) obtained a proposal from the above bond company to purchase goods from the Republic of Korea; (c) made a public offering to purchase goods using forged credit cards in the Republic of Korea; (d) on November 15, 2013, the Defendant and the above-mentioned Defendant and the above-mentioned Defendant were to use forged credit cards to pay KRW 5,40 won; (d) from 15,00 to 2,00,000; and (e) obtained an attempt to use counterfeit credit cards in collusion with 15,00 won; and (e) obtained an attempt to use counterfeit credit cards from 2,00 won to 15,00 won; (e) the Defendant and the above-mentioned Defendant and the above-mentioned Defendant were to have been provided with goods equivalent to the same amount from 15,000 won; and (e) obtained approval from 15,000 won to 15,000 won.
